Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has achieved a remarkable milestone with the Toyota Innova Hycross, recording sales of over 1 lakh units. This achievement coincides with the second anniversary of the popular MPV, which was first launched in November 2022.
The Innova Hycross has been a standout performer for Toyota, maintaining strong demand and long waiting periods even two years after its debut. As of now, new bookings for the model carry a waiting period of up to eight months. High demand for the premium ZX and ZX(O) variants has even led to periodic pauses in bookings for these trims, underscoring the vehicle’s popularity among Indian consumers.
Under the hood, the Toyota Innova Hycross features a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine delivering 172bhp and 188Nm of torque. Select variants also come equipped with a hybrid motor, offering an additional 11bhp and 206Nm of torque. Transmission options include a CVT and an e-CVT, providing smooth and efficient driving experiences. Buyers can choose from five well-equipped variants and a palette of seven color options.
