Apollo tyres entered in to the two wheeler tyres segment and to celebrate this moment, the company had called the Nitro Circus team all the way from Australia. Present on this occasion were all the dealers of Apollo tyres and the journalists.
Nitro Circus is an “action sport collective” team which is formed and led by Travis Pastrana, featuring his friends. The team keeps traveling around the world riding dirtbikes, base jumping and performing daredevil stunts.
Many of us might be aware of them, might have heard about them but to see them live was a great pleasure. Only FMX riders had come and they performed all of their best freestyle stunts.
The freestyle riders from the Nitro Circus team who helped Apollo to make that event a grand success were Steve Mini, Blake Bilko Williams, Cam Sinclair, Sauly Mate (Kain Saul), Topp Dog (Scott Fitzgerald) and Pete Anderson.
These riders not rode and flipped their FMX bikes but they also rode the bikes which were equipped with the Apollo bike tyres. They made them jump, drift and drag and yet they were able to complete their rides very well. They also appreciated the tyres and they seemed to be quite happy too.
The tyres which are available for the two wheelers by Apollo are –
Motorcycle Front Tyres – actiSTEER F1, which is a straight rib pattern tyre and actiZIP F2 and F3 in directional patterns.
Motorcycle Rear Tyres – actiGRIP R1 and R2 are in block pattern, and actiZIP R3 is in directional pattern.
Scooter/Moped Tyres – 2 directional patterns for front and rear placement are introduced in actiZIP S1 and S2, and 2 block patterns for rear placement in actiGRIP S3 and S4
