Audi India has begun accepting bookings for the refreshed Q7 SUV, a premium seven-seater now equipped with upgraded features and a fresh design. Interested buyers can reserve the model by paying a token amount of ₹2 lakh through the official Audi India website. The official price will be revealed on November 28, 2024. Here’s a detailed look at what the new Q7, assembled at the Skoda-VW plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, has to offer.

Exterior Updates

The updated Q7 will be available in five striking shades: Sakhir Gold (borrowed from the Q8), Waitomo Blue, Samurai Grey, Glacier White, and Mythos Black. Its exterior styling takes cues from the Q8, featuring newly designed Matrix LED headlights with darkened surrounds. A standout feature is the customisable daytime running lights (DRLs), which offer four distinct patterns adjustable via the infotainment system. The grille has also been revamped, replacing the previous vertical slat design with a modern mesh-like pattern, giving the SUV a bold and contemporary appearance.

Interior Features

Inside, the Q7 facelift offers two new interior color options—Cedar Brown and Saiga Beige—while retaining the same cabin layout as its predecessor. The three-screen setup continues, with dedicated displays for the instrument cluster, infotainment, and climate controls. Enhancements to the instrument cluster include advanced features like distance monitoring, lane change alerts, intersection assist, and traffic light information, adding to the vehicle’s appeal as a tech-forward luxury SUV.

Powertrain and Performance

The facelifted Q7 remains powered by a robust 3.0-litre V6 petrol engine, producing 335 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. This powertrain enables the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds and achieve a top speed of 250 km/h. These impressive figures ensure that the Q7 continues to deliver a thrilling driving experience.

Launch Details and Expected Pricing

The updated Audi Q7 will officially launch in India on November 28, 2024. Globally unveiled in January 2024, this marks the first facelift for the Q7 in five years. The outgoing model is currently priced between ₹96.34 lakh and ₹97.84 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Bold Edition. Audi is likely to introduce the new model at a slightly higher price point, reflecting its added features and refreshed styling.

With its striking design updates, advanced features, and powerful engine, the 2024 Audi Q7 is set to redefine luxury in the seven-seater SUV segment. Stay tuned for the official launch to learn more about its pricing and availability.
