JSW-MG Motor India is actively testing its new Cloud EV, gearing up for a launch expected during the upcoming festive season. Recent spy shots have surfaced, revealing key details about the car.
Exterior Features
The third electric offering from JSW-MG Motor was seen testing under heavy camouflage. Visible elements include LED DRLs on either side of the front fascia, what appears to be an LED light bar up front, chrome inserts for the main headlight cluster, and a charging flap on the left front fender.
Additionally, the India-spec Cloud EV is expected to feature flush-fitting door handles, new dual-tone alloy wheels, front door-mounted ORVMs, new LED taillights, an integrated spoiler with a high-mounted stop lamp, and a rear bumper-mounted number plate recess.
Battery and Range Options
Globally, the Cloud EV offers two battery pack options. It remains to be seen which of these, or if both, will be available in the India-spec model. The options include a 50.6kWh unit with a claimed range of 460km and a 37.9kWh unit with a claimed range of 360km.
Strategic Launch Plans
