Mercedes-Benz India has added another variant to its popular E-Class lined up with the introduction of the E 350 CDI. Considering the popularity of the saloon in India, the company has got in the new E 350 CDI right ahead of the festive season. The E 350 CDI is equipped with a 6-cylinder engine and Intelligent Drive technology.
The new front-end design and the modifications are in line with the Mercedes-Benz’ s all new design philosophy that was introduced with the face lifted E class. It has a superior, refined and sporty appearance. A new feature line runs below the structure from the rear door through to the tail light. The new E 350 CDI looks more elongated and elegant, yet at the same time both dynamic and composed. The 17 inch multi spoke light alloy wheels with a high sheen finish appropriately showcase the luxury sedan’s class and sportiness.
Being the top-end model of the line up, the E350 CDI has an engine tuned for better power performance. Premium look, feature-rich cabin and advanced safety features make the new variant even more special than the regular one.

Intelligent Assistance Systems makes Driving the E 350 exciting, convenient and enjoyable. This Intelligent Assistance System comprises Eco Start-Stop function as standard and also a gamut of features like the Intelligent Lighting System featuring variable light distribution with cornering function. Adaptive high beam assist 360 degree camera, Attention Assist, COMAND Online and a tyre pressure loss warning system.
Safety:
Safety has always been a priority for Mercedes-Benz which is very well established with the 8 airbags equipped in the new E 350 CDI. Features like Acceleration Skid Control (ASR); Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with brake assist, helps the driver to have a total control of the vehicle on road. The Active Parking assist system with integrated PARKTRONIC provides an unmatched convenience to the driver. The E 350 CDI is equipped with a V6 diesel engine wit a displacement of 2987 cc which generates the best in class torque of 620 Nm @ 1600 – 2400 rpm and a rated output of 195 kW@ 3800 rpm.
It attains the speed of 0 – 100 kmph in a mere 6.6 seconds.

The new E 350 CDI is priced at Rs. 57.42 lakhs and is available across all Mercedes-Benz showrooms across India.
This ‘MERCEDES-BENZ E 350 CDI’ is going to be built and assembled in PUNE at the Chakan Plant.
