Kia India has introduced three new variants of the Sonet, with prices beginning at Rs. 9.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The new GTX variant and an HTK turbo-petrol version have been confirmed.
GTX Variant:

- Paddle shifters
- Leatherette seats
- Drive and traction control modes
- Auto up/down safety window function
HTK Turbo-Petrol:
- 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine
- 118bhp and 172Nm of torque
- Six-speed iMT gearbox
- Priced at Rs. 9.60 lakh (ex-showroom)
Feature Upgrades Across Variants:
- Isofix child seat anchorage points added to HTE, HTE (O), and HTK variants
- HTK (O) variant now includes a rear wiper and washer
- HTK+ variant gains LED headlamps, rear wiper and washer, and Isofix child seat anchorage points
- HTX variant includes a wireless mobile charger, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, and a rear wiper and washer

- 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine
- 1.5-litre diesel engine
- 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine
- Transmission options: six-speed manual, five-speed manual, six-speed iMT, six-speed torque converter automatic, and seven-speed DCT
