Jeep India has reintroduced the exclusive ‘X’ Edition of the Meridian SUV in the Indian market. Originally introduced in April last year alongside the Upland edition, the Meridian X is now available for booking with prices starting at Rs. 34.27 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Meridian X, based on the Limited Plus variant of the SUV, offers customers a choice of seven vibrant color options: Silvery Moon, Techno Metallic Green, Magnesio Grey, Pearl White, Brilliant Black, Galaxy Blue, and Velvet Red.
In terms of design enhancements, the X trim features body-colored lower sections, side steps, and a Grey-colored roof, as well as matching ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) and alloy wheels. Inside the cabin, the Meridian X is equipped with a range of premium features, including a dash cam, multicolor ambient lighting, premium carpet mats, and an optional rear seat entertainment package.
Under the hood, the Jeep Meridian X retains the same robust 2.0-liter diesel engine paired with a nine-speed automatic gearbox. This powertrain configuration delivers an impressive output of 168bhp and a peak torque of 350Nm, ensuring a dynamic driving experience on various terrains.
