Hyundai recently unveiled the facelifted version of the Alcazar in India, with prices starting from Rs. 14.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This refreshed three-row SUV competes with popular models like the Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, and MG Hector Plus.
The updated Alcazar retains its robust engine options, including the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine delivers 158bhp and 253Nm of torque, while the diesel engine produces 114bhp and 250Nm of torque. Buyers can choose from a range of transmission options: six-speed manual, six-speed torque converter automatic, and a seven-speed DCT. Additionally, the SUV is available in both six- and seven-seat configurations.
Hyundai has expanded the Alcazar’s colour options, with nine shades on offer. These include Robust Emerald, Starry Night, Ranger Khakhi, Fiery Red, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Atlas White with a black roof, Titan Grey Matte, and Robust Emerald Matte.
