Hyundai India is gearing up to announce the prices of the facelifted Alcazar on 9 September. This updated three-row SUV will compete with rivals such as the Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus.
In terms of design, the 2024 Alcazar will feature a refreshed front end with a new grille, split LED headlamps inspired by the latest Creta, and a revised front bumper. The side profile is expected to remain mostly unchanged, with the exception of new alloy wheels. At the rear, the Alcazar could sport redesigned LED taillights and a reworked tailgate. Additionally, it will offer LED light bars on both the front and rear, along with new color options.
The facelifted Hyundai Alcazar will also see an upgrade in its features, including a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), twin 10.25-inch screens, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, and an electrically adjustable driver seat.
Hyundai is expected to retain the Alcazar’s existing mechanical setup in this facelift. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and diesel engines, along with the six-speed manual and torque converter automatic gearboxes, will be carried over from the current model.
