Citroen India has officially announced the pricing for the automatic variants of the Citroen C3, with prices starting at Rs. 10 lakh (ex-showroom). First unveiled in August this year, the hatchback is now available with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission, enhancing its appeal in the market.
The Citroen C3 is powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, generating 109bhp and 205Nm of torque. Notably, this automatic variant offers 15Nm more torque than the manual version. Previously, this engine was only paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, while a five-speed transmission was provided for the naturally aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine.
Additionally, earlier this year, Citroen upgraded the C3’s features, making it more competitive. The updated model now boasts a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, six airbags, auto-folding ORVMs, LED projector headlamps, and automatic climate control, all adding to its enhanced safety and comfort.
