The company has widespread expertise in lubricant for automobile racing. In 2017, Mr. Franco Morbidelli was awarded World Champion using Total Hi Perf in Moto2 category. TOIPL has Technical Centre Asia Pacific (TCAP) at Mahape, Navi Mumbai since 2012. The centre is responsible for developing lubricants for India, South Asia, Middle East etc. This is the second R&D facility of TOIPL in the world.
