Mahindra has launched the new 4-door e20 Plus in India at a price tag of Rs. 7.03 lakhs. The e20 Plus is priced from Rs. 7.03 lakhs to Rs. 9.77 lakhs (ex-showroom, Pune). All prices are post FAME incentives.
The new e2o plus is bigger in dimensions than the 2-door e20 and hence offers more space at he rear. The e20 Plus is offered in 4 trims – P2, P4, P6 and P8. The company hasn’t announced the price of the P2 trim as of now but the price will be announced soon.
On the front it features projector headlamps and on the rear there are LED taillights and a new rear spoiler. The car looks good and it has become more practical because of the addition of 2 extra doors. The e2o Plus gets a Blaupunkt infotainment system with bluetooth connectivity, all four power windows and keyless go as standard.
The top trim, P8, e2o Plus is powered by a 210 Ah battery, which gives out a driving range of 140 km. The battery powered motor of the car, gives out 41 BHP of power at 3500 rpm and 91 Nm of torque at 2500 rpm. It gets a standard direct drive transmission.
The P2, P4, P6 trims charge up completely in 6 hours and the P8 trim charge ups in 9 hours. Fast charging is also on offer which charges these trims to 95% in 1 hr 15 mins and 90 mins respectively.
